The PSG star who shared a picture of himself holding his mum in an Instagram post, used a brief caption to celebrate her.

The image had Hakimi holding his mum by the neck as both of them adorned white shirts in a dinner-like looking environment.

The caption which is translated to English reads: “Happy Mother’s Day to the best! ♥️.”

The 24-year-old Moroccan made the headlines last month over his imminent separation from his estranged wife, Hiba Abouk.

Hiba Abouk, who is already separated from Achraf Hakimi, was reportedly shocked when the court confirmed the Morocco international transferred all his wealth to his mother years ago.

Abouk learnt from her lawyers that her husband Hakimi had nothing to his name leaving the 36-year-old Spanish-Tunisian actress with little or nothing to part with in settlement negotiations.

However, we cannot verify the authenticity of this claim as neither Hakimi nor his wife, Hiba had said anything concerning the report.

Achraf Hakimi, who is currently charged with rape, took to his page to celebrate his Mother on such a special day without mentioning his estranged wife.

Achraf Hakimi’s mother, Saida Mouh, broke silence on the divorve involving her son and his estranged wife, Hiba Abouk.

She responded to claims that her son’s wealth were in her name saying she was not aware of such transfer.

While confirming she was not aware, she also applauded what Hakimi did saying that what would her son have done to get rid of his ex-wife.

Mouh while speaking to Moroccan media said that Hakimi did not reveal anything to her about the situation with his wife.

She added: “If he has taken any action to protect himself, I’m unaware of it.”

Mouh continued as she added: “What’s the problem if the news is true? If my son does not do this, he will not be able to get rid of that woman [Hiba Abouk].”

Hiba Abouk unlike other divorcee out there, will not inherit any of the PSG star’s accumulated wealth as everything he owns is in his mother’s name.

There is speculations however that Achraf Hakimi will be the one to share the wealth of Hiba Abouk as it seems the Moroccan has nothing to his name.

The couple split up last month but there has been nothing from both parties since the incident, but we are certain Hiba is regretting her actions anywhere she is now.

Hakimi is one of the most expensive players from Africa and is regarded as one of the best right-backs in the world currently.

At Paris Saint-Germain, where he plays as a defender and sometimes wing back, he earns more than $215,000 per week.
