After labouring to a 2-1 win over West Ham at the Anfield Stadium, Liverpool has broken some records in the domestic League. This article will be looking at each record as documented by Opta Joe.
Trent Alexander-Arnold makes 100 Premier League appearances
After hitting 100 Premier League appearances for his club, right-back, Trent Alexander-Arnold is now behind Manchester City goalkeeper, Ederson in the number of wins recorded under the number.
The Brazilian goalie has 79 under his belt in 10 appearances, two better than that of Alexander-Arnold.

First side to concede first goals thrice and win
Another record noted that Liverpool is only the second side in Premier League history to concede the first goal in three consecutive home matches and win all, breaking Blackburn Rovers’ record set in November 2009.
Liverpool extends unbeaten run and goals record
The Reds have also extended their unbeaten home league run to 63 games (W52 D11) to match their best-ever such streak set in December 1980.
They are still behind Chelsea that recorded 86 home games unbeaten run which ended in 2008.
Meanwhile, Diogo Jota seems to have also settled down quickly at Anfield, after scoring in three straight home games for the Merseyside club to break Luis Garcia’s recorded set in October 2004.

But he still behind Fernando Torres’ record set in 2009-10. The Spain striker scored eight in Liverpool’s opening seven matches of a Premier League season, which is one more than Mo Salah’s seven this campaign.
Liverpool has also scored each of the last 18 penalties in all competitions (excluding shootouts), with Salah netting his last 13 for the club.
Liverpool concedes first goal against West Ham after Leeds
Liverpool has now conceded the first goal in three of their four home league games this season, which is as many times as they did in all 19 league matches at Anfield last term.
The last time they leaked in a goal at Anfield was the opening game against Leeds United which they eventually won 4-3.
They also have a good home record against West Ham. The Hammers have won just one of their last 47 away league games against Liverpool (D12 L34). Their last win at Anfield (3-0) was in August 2015.
