Cristiano Ronaldo dedicated his goal for Al Nassr against Al-Rayyan in the Asian Champions League to his late father.
Ronaldo was on target for the Knights of Najd on September 30, 2024, as they secured a 2-1 win in their second league game of the 2024/25 AFC Champions League Elite.
Sadio Mane netted the opener for Stefano Pioli’s side in the 1st minute of stoppage time in the first half, before Cristiano Ronaldo doubled their lead in the 76th minute.
Three minutes before the expiration of normal time in the clash, Roger Guedes scored the consolation goal for the visitors.
Following the affair, Cristiano Ronaldo shared that the goal against Al-Rayyan was in honor of his late father.
