Villarreal have completed the signing of former Arsenal winger Nicolas Pepe on a permanent basis as a free agent.
Pepe signed a two-year contract with Villarreal, and it is expected to end on June 30, 2026.
Pepe arrived at Villarreal Stadium ahead of next season after a horrible spell with French giant OGC Nice and Turkish club Trabzonspor.
Upon the completion of the deal with Villarreal, the Yellow Submarine announced the signing of the Ivorian winger with a cute video showing Pepe with a red face mask and long jacket in the video.
He went ahead to loosen the zip of the jacket, which showed the Villarreal jersey that was underneath the jacket. Pepe also took off his mask to unveil himself as the new Villarreal player.
