Recall we reported that Bruno Fernandes handed Manchester United a late minute winner against Fulham on Saturday.

The Portugal international scored in injury time to ensure United took all three points after they were beaten 3-0 by Manchester City and Newcastle respectively.

Erik ten Hag’s men turned up in style at MNKY House in Manchester, a swanky restaurant in Spinningfields, a stone’s throw away from Albert Square.

The dinning is not a cheap one as platters costing up to £1,000 aside the one that includes caviar, lobster, ceviches, oysters and sushi.

Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes was together with Harry Maguire, Mason Mount, Scott McTominay, Raphael Varane, Jonny Evans and Lisandro Martinez.

However, one Manchester United player, Marcus Rashford was conspicuously missing at the function.

Recall that few days ago,Ten Hag called his decision to go clubbing following last week’s Manchester derby defeat “unacceptable.”

Speaking ahead of the Fulham’s match, Ten Hag said: “I spoke with him about it. It’s unacceptable. He apologised and that is it. For us it’s an internal matter. He’s very motivated to put things right. He’s totally with us.”

“He has made a mistake but that doesn’t say he’s not fitting in. I see him every day in training, what he’s doing, I know.”

Even though he did not leave the club before their next match against Newcastle, Manchester United boss Ten Hag is reportedly annoyed with Rashford for partying following such a crushing loss.

Rashford has already fought with Ten Hag; last season. He was dropped for Manchester United match against Wolves after being late for a meeting, but came off the bench to score the game-winning goal.

However, due to an injury, the England international was left out of United’s starting lineup against Fulham.

Prior to the game, Rashford took a fitness test but was not selected for the squad. He did not train on Friday.

With 30 goals in 56 appearances across all competitions, the 26-year-old was United’s best player last season. As a result, he was rewarded with a new five-year contract worth £325,000 per week in the summer.

Rashford, on the other hand, has only scored once in 14 games for Manchester United in all competitions this season, unable to duplicate his previous success.

On Wednesday, Manchester United will be back in action when they play Copenhagen in a crucial Champions League match in Denmark.

With three points, Ten Hag’s team is in third place in Group A, one point behind Galatasaray and six behind group leaders Bayern Munich.

Anthony Martial and Brazilian star Antony.

Despite the late win at Craven Cottage, The Red Devils still remain eighth in the 2023/2024 Premier League table.

This season is one of the Red Devils’ worst as they have lost 5 matches in their opening 11 matches of the season and won just 6.

Erik ten Hag is looking to steer Manchester United out of their poor start and the win against Fulham will boost the squad as they prepare for other fixtures.
