Juventus player Cristiano Ronaldo is still going strong for Portugal’s national team at 35 years old. Yes, he is getting old, but his work ethic is like that of 23 years old. Ronald is fit, ripped with lean muscles, and can still perform well than most younger players in the Serie A league or in any league around the world.
He was called up for international duty and as usual, he was with the team working harder than everyone.
Portugal 2020 fixture schedule is below, they have 8 games left to play for this year 2020. They will play two UEFA National League games in September and the rest of the games will be in October and in November.
Ronaldo and the rest of the Portugal men’s national team are currently getting ready for the match against Croatia on September 5, 2020, and another match against Sweden on September 8, 2020. Cristiano Ronaldo is expected to play in both games.
Ronaldo shared the following picture of himself and his team on the training ground.
Cristiano Ronaldo took a mini-vacation with his girlfriend (Maybe a wife now) Georgina Rodríguez and family before reporting to Portugal’s training camp.
Ronaldo and the family went to the beach, with the kids and flew in a private jet to a private Island. Georgina, his girlfriend had a fabulous time at the beach and she did some Snorkeling in nice a swimwear. Check out the video below.
The Ronaldo family also took a family picture at the beach and they all look great and fit.
It’s safe to say that Cristiano Ronaldo is getting a bit old to be playing football at a highly competitive level but we can also agree that age is just a number for him as he is a great footballer even at age 35. He still has a lot to offer on the pitch as a star player and as a mentor to the young players that he plays with.
Ronaldo still has 2 years left on his contract with Juventus and this means he may play two more years for his national team before he retires. Cristiano Ronaldo signed a contract that is worth €30m ($34m/£26m) a year with Juventus, his contract will expire in 2020 and he is expected to make €120 million while playing for the Seria A team, Juventus.
