Reiss Nelson To Face Trial In 2024 After His Dog Attacked A Masseuse

Reiss Nelson’s dog has apparently put the Arsenal winger in trouble after it allegedly attacked a massage therapist.

It is understood that Nelson will have to wait a year before undergoing trial for the alleged misdemeanor.

Masseuse Saeid Motaali was present at the home of Reiss Nelson in North London when the fiasco occurred.

It has been claimed that the dog of Reiss Nelson named Pooch Tiago badly injured Motaali on December 2, 2020.

This has resulted in Saeid Motaali filing a legal complaint, with the trial date set for Monday, September 4, 2023.

The Arsenal winger attended the trial at Hendon Magistrates Court where his trial was set to commence on Monday, September 4, 2023.

However, the legal matter has been adjourned till the 12th of August 2024, when a verdict will be given after required proceedings.

Reiss Nelson continues to claim innocence, denying ever owning the dog which resulted in the injury of the masseuse.

It is unknown which breed of dog Pooch Tiago is, as Nelson has in the past shared an image of a French bulldog-style dog on his Instagram account.

Only time will tell if the Arsenal star is guilty of the offense, or if he would be a free man.

Meanwhile, Reiss Nelson featured in the Gunners 3-1 win over Manchester United, as he was introduced in the 90th minute for Gabriel Martinelli.

Nelson signed a contract extension with Arsenal on July 6, 2023, putting pen to paper on a four-year deal.
