Napoli are set to complete the signing of Denmark International midfielder Jesper Lindström from Eintracht Frankfurt.
The Serie A champions are close to finalizing a new signing, as Lindström is set to join the Italian Giants from Frankfurt.
Both clubs are currently in the process of finalizing a deal that would involve the Danish maestro moving to the Diego Maradona Stadium.
The proposed agreement includes an initial loan arrangement, with an option for the purchasing club to acquire the player for €25 million.
According to Fabrizio Romano, there has been a verbal agreement reached with Eintracht on a €25 million package.
The Danish star is set to sign a five-year contract, which will ensure his presence with the Partenopei until 2028.
Furthermore, Jesper Lindström is scheduled to arrive in Italy on Tuesday, August 29, to undergo medical test with the Partenopei.
Lindstrom has been a desired player for Serie A rivals AC Milan and Juventus, but Napoli have successfully secured his signature.

Eintracht Frankfurt coach Dino Toppmöller also confirmed reports that Jesper Lindstrøm is leaving the club, as Napoli are reportedly on the verge of signing the Danish international.
Toppmöller expressed his desire to start the Dane on Sunday, but he believed it would have had a specific impact on the team.
After Sunday’s 1-1 draw with Mainz, Toppmöller confirmed the signing of Jesper Lindström and mentioned that a transfer is likely to occur in the upcoming days.
He said: “It is anticipated that Lindstrøm’s move to Napoli will be finalized within the next few days.”
Multiple reports further revealed that Eintracht will receive approximately €35 million, including bonuses, for the transfer of the Denmark international.

Lindstrøm began his football career at Tåstrup B.70 at age three. He has played for BSI and Vallensbæk IF before he joined Frankfurt where he rose to stardom.
