However, a European football agent Bruno Satin has revealed that only three clubs can sign him including Newcastle.

Mbappe, 24, made it clear that he wants to leave PSG at the end of the season when his current deal comes to an end.

This revelation prompted PSG Chairman Nasser Al-Khelaifi to reject the idea or thought that their star man could leave for nothing.

The revelation by Kylian Mbappe has put top European clubs, who want to sign the attacker, on high alert.

Bruno Satin, a renowned French agent, reveals that there are only just three clubs capable of landing the 2018 World Cup winner.

Speaking to French outlet L’Equipe, he said: “It’s difficult to give a price for Mbappé.”

“A normal club, that is to say not a club-state, will not in my opinion pay £170m today.”

“In my opinion, only Manchester City, Newcastle, and Real Madrid can pay today. For me, the real price is between £85m and £130m, after which there can be bonuses to go up to £170m or almost.”

“If there are few suitors, it is not likely to increase its price”

PSG have been in a similar situation with the Frenchman when his then contract with the French team had 12 months left to expire.

Kylian Mbappe was almost a Madrid player last summer but the French side rejected a £154m bid from the Spanish giants for a player they could lose as a free agent next summer.

Recall we reported that PSG managed to convince Mbappe to extend his stay in 2022, but have now found themselves in the same position a season after.

Satin’s argument is that the Frenchman who is one of the best players in the world would cost a fortune and most clubs won’t want to spend huge on a player whose contract is due.

Satin also confirmed that the Premier League may not suit Mbappe and reckons that Real Madrid is still the favorite to sign the player.

He went on to add: “There is certainly the length of the contract that comes into play.”

“But in the case of a boy like Kylian, it’s not just that. But today, which clubs are likely to welcome him? Not the English in my opinion.”

“If they can pay the transfer, they do not give salaries like the one he has in Paris. In general, the highest are around £22m to £27m gross, but the English can compensate with marketing solutions.”

“Today, I only see Real. So, if there are few suitors, it is not likely to drive up its price.”

Kylian Mbappe

Kylian Mbappe Lottin is a French footballer who was born on December 20, 1998, and captains the France national team in addition to playing for PSG.

The Frenchman is regarded as one of the top players in the world and is well-known for his shooting, dribbling, and outstanding speed.

Mbappé earned his senior debut for France in 2017 at the age of 18 on the international stage.

Mbappé became the second teenager, after Pelé, to score in a World Cup Final at the 2018 FIFA World Cup. He also became the youngest French player to score at a World Cup.

When France won the competition, he finished as the joint second-highest scorer, and for his efforts, he was awarded the FIFA World Cup Best Young Player and French Player of the Year awards.

France made it to the FIFA World Cup final in 2022, where Mbappé set a record for most goals ever scored in a World Cup final while also winning the Golden Boot and Silver Ball.

Which Club Can Sign Mbappe?

Recall we reported that Kylian Mbappe seems to be ready to leave Paris this summer as he has made a bogus wage demand to his suitors.

He enjoyed a successful season with PSG and France, scoring 41 and 13 goals respectively.

However, the Frenchman has revealed that he wants a salary package of £206m every season from any club he will join from PSG.

This is aside from the reported £893,000 weekly wage at PSG which is a massive turn-off for most clubs wanting to sign him.

According to Satin, only Manchester City, Newcastle, and Real Madrid can pay for the services of the Frenchman immediately.

Newcastle United

Newcastle United’s owners are extremely rich with an estimated net worth of about $620 billion.

While they may not be considered as a big club just like Manchester City and Real Madrid, they are a top side on the financial level.

Manchester City

Manchester City on the other hand are also big spenders, coupled with the changes that Pep Guardiola has brought to the side.

Guardiola recently led City to win a historic treble and that would surely attract any big player to the Etihad Stadium.

Sheikh Mansour is the owner of Manchester City and he is estimated to be worth about $30 billion and wouldn’t mind breaking the bank to land Mbappe.

Real Madrid

Real Madrid are, on the other hand, the biggest club in Europe. Hence, it is every player’s dream to wear their jersey.

Though Newcastle United’s owners have a higher net worth than Real Madrid, players would rather join the Spanish club over the Premier League club due to the prestige of the club.
