Bromley, a team in the Non-league of English Football has brutally turned down the opportunity to sign Cristiano Ronaldo.

Ronaldo joined Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr in December after his contract with Manchester United was mutually terminated.

But the Portuguese supposedly wants to exit Al Nassr as girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez is reportedly unhappy and keen on returning to Madrid.

One club has however rejected the opportunity to welcome the former Real Madrid man into their fold as they have themselves out of the hunt to acquire him.

English side Bromley took their opportunity to have a moment of fun at the expense of the former Juventus forward.

Sponsors of the Non-League Vanarama tweeted a mocked-up image of Ronaldo wearing a Bromley jersey with the caption: “It’s not too late if you want to play in white next season, @Cristiano,” with two eyes emoji.

And the social media account of Bromley’s excellently and shockingly replied: “Nah, you’re alright.”

This led to supporters being in hilarious mood online as one tweeted: “Don’t blame you after the season you’ve had 🤝😂.”

A second fan wrote: “We gonna talk about rejections then nothing’s more brutal than this💀.”

A third individual commented: “I agree, not good enough for Bromley, you can do better.”

A fourth said: “LOOOOL W from the best team In the division.”

While a fifth stated: “When Bromley don’t even want you. Then you really are finished.”

This is the new blow Cristiano Ronaldo has supposedly suffered since his inflammatory interview with Piers Morgan.

Cristiano Ronaldo joined Al-Nassr in December 2022 and he has displayed decent scoring form, scoring 12 goals in 15 matches but has seen the club fall from the summit of the Saudi Pro League.

Al Nassr currently occupy the 2nd spot on the log with 56 points, two points behind Al Ittihad in the battle for the league crown.

Both teams have played 25 games but there are 5 remaining games left to play as the season nears its expiration.

Cristiano Ronaldo would be eager for a return to Real Madrid, but Spanish media outlet El Nacional reported that the Whites Angels are only willing to offer the 38-year-old an ambassadorial role at the club.
