Everton boss Frank Lampard went sober and conceded to a possible Everton exit after losing to Manchester United in EFA Cup third round.
Thr former Derby County manager and Premier League legend is treading on one of the most difficult laps in his managerial career.
Everton suffered a shock 3-1 defeat to Manchester United in FA Cup, extending Frank Lampard’s run of abysmal result with the Tofees this season.
They have now recorded nine defeats in the last 12 games in all competitions, and have been winless in the last 8 matches. While they salvaged a point against Manchester City, the poor run of results is making the future of Frank Lampard uncertain.

He commended the players for a brilliant, brave, and spirited challenge against the resurgent Erik Ten Hag’s Manchester United.
Frank Lampard said: ‘It’s not for me to focus on that. It’s for me to focus on what I saw tonight and that was a performance that every manager wants with the attitude of the team, and the focus. The focus now is Southampton.
‘I don’t want to talk about my future, I only want to talk about the players and how well they played. My focus is on this team and getting a result against Southampton.’

“The reaction at the end of the game probably speaks. They saw that spirit in the team and the way we played and we deserved to get a result and that is good for the players to see,” he said.
Frank Lampard added the fans are aware of the job done by both the players and the team’s coaching crew. He maintained the team will bounce back from the sequence of poor results.
