Inter reaches agreement with Brescia on Tonali
Brescia midfielder, Sandro Tonali, has favoured a move to Inter Milan because he appreciated the club’s future project.
The 20-year-old starlet still has a deal with the relegation-threatened side until 2022.
ANSA reports that he could end up joining Inter for 31m pounds and link up with other young Italian players which include Nicolo Barella, Stefano Sensi, and Alessandro Bastoni, after both parties reached an agreement.
Although Brescia wants at least €50 million for Tonali, the Lombardy club would be willing to accept Nerazzurri’s offer, which is an initial expensive loan deal with an option of buying the player in his then-current value.
Tonali, who has made 24 appearances for Brescia this season, has scored just one goal and provided five assists across all competitions.
Arsenal set to sell Bellerin to PSG
Premiership side, Arsenal could be selling right back, Hector Bellerin, to PSG as a replacement for Thoma Meunier, who will be leaving the club on a free transfer at the end of the season.
The Gunners are currently in a strange situation where they need to sell players to raise funds and rejig the squad.
The manager, Mikel Arteta, has looked at a valuable player he has not been using due to injuries, and it was Bellerin, whom PSG is reportedly interested in.
Todofichajes reports that the Paris Club has opened talks with Arsenal over a move for Spanish full-back Hector Bellerin, with a fee of €30m being discussed.
Napoli confirms Interest in Osimhen
Serie A club, Napoli, has confirmed interest in LOSC Lille striker in Victor Osimhen.
Cristiano Giuntoli, Napoli’s sporting director, told DSky Sport Italia that the club is interested in the Super Eagles striker’s service but admitted it’s difficult to bring him to Naples because he is a target for many top teams in Europe.
Osimhen, in his debut season in Ligue 1 has scored 19 goals and recorded five assists in all competitions for Lille. He has, therefore, become a top target for Liverpool, Chelsea, amongst others.
Osimhen is currently rated over 50m pounds by the club, who are reportedly willing to get close to the amount they made selling Nicola Pepe to Arsenal fro the deal.
Manchester United offers €80m to Napoli for Koulibaly
Manchester United has shown the intent to secure the service of Napoli defender, Kalidou Koulibaly, after offering €80m.
However, Sky Sport Italia reported that Napoli is holding out for at least €100m for the Senegalese center back.
Other clubs wanting Koulibaly include Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain.
The current asking price is a significant drop from last year’s demand when Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis boasted he had turned down a €120m bid for Koulibaly.
Sergi Roberto tipped to replace David Silva at Man City
As David Silva is in the final season of his contract with Manchester City, the noisy neighbours have reportedly identified Barcelona midfielder, Sergi Roberto, as his replacement.
Due to Guardiola’s relationship with Barcelona, he could convince the midfielder to join Chile’s goalkeeper, Claudio Bravo, and Eric Garcia, who linked up with the Etihad club.
Mundo Deportivo reports that Roberto, who is valued at 40m pounds, would only want to play under Guardiola, who was his coach in the club academy if he leaves the Camp Nou.
