Ryan Giggs is in line to become a father for the third time, as he alongside his girlfriend Zara Charles are expecting a baby later this year.
Giggs, who is currently a father of two kids from a previous marriage, alongside Zara, who is a mother of one child is said to be “delighted” by the soon-to-arrive baby.
Friends of the pair shared that they were happily making plans for their baby’s arrival later in 2024.
Ryan Giggs is a dad to footballer Zach Giggs, 17, who plays for Sheffield United, and daughter Libby, 19, from his previous marriage to Stacey Cooke.
Model Zara Charles has been his partner since 2021, and she also has a daughter from a previous marriage.
The excited couple have informed close family, alongside their exes, about the thrilling news.

A source expressed that Ryan was nervous about how his kids would receive the information, however, they have gotten to know Zara over the past few years and really like her.
The source added: They’re happy because they know he’s happy.
“But they’ve joked that he might struggle with the early mornings and lack of sleep.
“Ryan and Zara are thrilled at the prospect of becoming parents again.
“They have a very solid, loving relationship and are building a long-term future together.”
The source also touched on how the life of the couple is, expressing that it is “very simple”.
The source said: “Their life is very simple, they go for walks, they go for coffees, and love keeping fit.”
Reports indicate that Stacey Cooke, who divorced Ryan Giggs in 2017 after ten years of marriage, has also offered her blessing.
Stacey, Giggs, and Zara Charles reportedly spent Christmas together in December 2022 as a “blended family”, with the trio being on good terms.

In November 2023, Ryan Giggs celebrated his 50th birthday with a trip to Dubai alongside Zara, who surprised him by having red rose petals littered across their hotel bed.
She captioned her birthday post on Instagram, writing: “Yesterday was my best friend’s Big Birthday. Happy 50th, Ryan.
“So grateful we got to spend it in one of our happy places. I will love you forever.”
Giggs and Zara Charles reside in a £2.1 million, seven-bedroom mansion which the former Manchester United man acquired in 2023.
Zara stood behind him through his assault trial after he was charged for attacking his ex-lover Kate Greville and her sister Emma during a drunken row at his home in Worsley, Greater Manchester, in November 2020.
The 50-year-old was also indicted with controlling coercive behavior towards PR executive Kate during their three-year relationship.

During the trial, the jury was informed how Kate had accused Giggs of infidelity, and in a goodbye letter, she also pointed towards his relationship with Zara Charles.
She wrote: “You and Zara were also in a full-on relationship for a year.
“I could go on but I think that’s enough. You got your guy from Harrods to send her shoes, bags, and dresses.”
A jury failed to reach a verdict in August 2022 and Giggs who always denied any wrongdoing made a point of publicly appreciating girlfriend Zara for her support.
Ryan Giggs faced a retrial, however, in 2023 the Crown Prosecution Service withdrew all charges after Kate said she did not want to provide evidence.
Kate Greville attributed her reason for backing out on her mental health, indicating that it had taken a toll on her.
Judge Hilary Manley subsequently told Manchester Crown Court: “I formally enter not guilty verdicts in respect of each of the three counts.”
Giggs resigned from his role as Wales national team gaffer in June 2022 ahead of the first trial.
Ryan Giggs has since been making efforts to get his career back on track, with reports coming to the fore in March 2024 that he was working again as Salford City’s director of football.
The Welshman is the co-owner of Salford City alongside some of Manchester United’s revered Class of 92, namely; Gary and Phil Neville, Nicky Butt and Paul Scholes.
