These five goalkeepers have all had incredible careers in La Liga, winning numerous individual and team awards. They are all considered to be among the best goalkeepers in the history of the competition.

Iker Casillas is widely regarded as the greatest La Liga goalkeeper of all time. He won five La Liga titles and three Champions League titles with Real Madrid. He also captained Spain to victory in the World Cup in 2010 and the European Championship in 2008 and 2012.

Jan Oblak is one of the best goalkeepers in the world today. He has won one La Liga title with Atlético Madrid and has also been named La Liga Goalkeeper of the Year four times. He is known for his excellent reflexes and shot-stopping ability.

Ricardo Zamora was one of the first great goalkeepers in La Liga history. He won two La Liga titles with Espanyol and one with Barcelona. He also gave his name to the Zamora Trophy, which is awarded to the goalkeeper with the best goals-to-games ratio in La Liga each season.

Andoni Zubizarreta is another all-time great La Liga goalkeeper. He won six La Liga titles with Barcelona and one with Valencia. He also holds the record for most appearances for Spain (126).

Francisco Buyo was one of the most successful goalkeepers in La Liga history. He won five La Liga titles and two UEFA Cups with Real Madrid. He was also a member of the Spain team that reached the final of the European Championship in 1984.
